Carl White
Chief Executive Officer, Europe, ValueClick

Carl joined ValueClick in October 2001 as Chief Operating Officer for ValueClick Europe. Carl is responsible for the overall management and growth of ValueClick's European subsidiaries: ValueClick Media, Commission Junction, Mediaplex and PriceRunner.co.uk across London, Munich, Paris and Stockholm.

Prior to joining ValueClick, Carl served as the Chief Operating Officer of 24/7 Europe and was responsible for media and technology businesses in thirteen countries. Previously, Carl was a publisher for BBC Worldwide (the commercial arm of the British Broadcasting Corporation) running commercial and editorial teams across a number of magazine titles including BBC Good Food and BBC Top Gear, as well as UK multimedia projects such as Walking with Dinosaurs.

Carl holds a B.S.c. (Hons) from Bristol University.

Alison Guise
General Manager, Commission Junction Europe and UK Managing Director, Mediaplex

Alison joined ValueClick in November 2001. She joined as Sales Manager with a remit to form and develop the Mediaplex team in the UK. Alison progressed to Sales Director and then Managing Director in late 2004. She took over the additional management responsibility of Commission Junction in March 2006 and for Europe in January 2008. In 2008 Alison lead Mediaplex's expansion into the Asia, opening an office which continues to grow admirably in terms of both staff and clients.

Alison is responsible for running the Mediaplex and Commission Junction businesses for ValueClick. The functions of the Mediaplex business include third-party campaign management, ad serving and tracking for advertisers and agencies, as well as advertising management for online publishers. She manages the account management, technology and new business teams. Commission Junction is a leading affiliate marketing network and Alison manages the sales, account management (for publishers and advertisers), network quality, product development and technical service teams.

Prior to joining ValueClick, Alison was Business Development Manager at DoubleClick's media division and at Television New Zealand for over 5 years in roles that included working on brand and licensing marketing and new business sponsorship.

Daniel Powel
Head of Account Management, Commission Junction UK

Daniel joined the UK office as Account Development Manager in 2005 and in May 2007 he progressed to Head of Account Management.

Daniel joined the UK office as Account Development Manager in 2005 and in May 2007 he progressed to Head of Account Management. In this role, he leads a 15 people strong Account Development Team. Daniel oversees the development and the growth of clients' accounts in the UK and internationally, and is responsible for the finance, travel and retail vertical teams. He also plays a key role in developing new Commission Junction products to fulfill the ever evolving needs of the company's clients.

Previously Daniel worked for Commission Junction in the US where he was Account Manager for eBay International, overseeing programs in the Asian market. As part of this role, Daniel was responsible for the launch of the eBay's affiliate program in India and China.

Prior to joining the affiliate arena he worked as credit analyst overseeing international risk management for one of the leading healthcare manufacturers, Mentor. He combines over 5 years of global affiliate marketing experience with strong financial knowledge.

Cheryl Ingram
UK Client Development Director, Commission Junction UK

As UK Client Development Director, Commission Junction, Cheryl is responsible for all new business and existing business, both advertiser and publisher focused in the UK. She works closely with the European management team as well as the sales and the account management teams in France, UK, Germany and the Nordic region to develop and maintain senior level client contact with advertisers, agencies and affiliates and other partners.

Cheryl is a highly experienced new media professional, having joined from Microsoft Digital Advertising Solutions where she was Head of UK Agency Sales. She has a successful commercial track record, having grown her team and the division's sales incrementally year on year.

Cheryl joined MSN as Head of Recruitment in 2000 before moving across to the sales team, and prior to this role, was a senior financial recruitment consultant. She previously worked for a number of pharmaceutical companies in South Africa, including GlaxoSmithKline.

Florian Gramshammer
Senior Sales Manager, Commission Junction UK

Florian Gramshammer joined Commission Junction in Aug 2007 as the Sales Manager for travel vertical. In April 2008 Florian was promoted to Senior Sales Manager and oversees the sales team.

In his current role Florian manages the key new-business related client relationships. He has secured many of Commission Junction's key client-base including; BMI, House of Fraser, Kurt Geiger, Adidas, and Budget Rent-a-Car.

Prior to this, Florian was a Key Account Director at Emailvision, where he managed strategic commercial relationships with UK's top clients, including B&Q, Eurostar and Sainsbury's and previous to this he was an International Account Manager at Gartner, which involved pan-European management of clients including Microsoft and IBM.

Jason Baker
Publisher Account Director, Commission Junction UK

Jason joined Commission Junction in November 2007 as Publisher Account Director, in just a few months he was promoted to Head of Publisher Management early 2008. Jason's initial remit was to work with the team on realigning Commission Junction's UK publisher engagement strategy and building relationships with key affiliates.

Towards the end of 2008, Jason took on the new role of heading up the newly formed dedicated agency servicing team and CJ Media, Commission Junctions' short term campaign lead generation and data capture business.

Jason began his career in media at News International Newspapers where he 'cut his teeth' selling advertising space to recruitment consultants, clients and agencies for The Times and Sunday Times. Over the seven years he spent there, he worked across both classified and display advertising, finally setting up a completely new division for News 'Recruitment Solutions' a new business team selling solutions that utilised as many areas of the business as possible, including advertising, events, data, sponsorship, commercial supplements both on and offline.

Prior to this Jason was at Emap Communications as Head of Recruitment Sales for Construct, Retail & Media, where he was responsible for 11 print titles and 7 websites. Jason also spent some time in the British Army and served on operational deployment in the gulf.
